Does the eSIM ever expire?

No — Zetexa eSIMs carry lifetime validity. Customers top up data whenever they need it instead of buying a new plan.

Can I set up sub-agents with their own pricing?

Yes. The API supports a full agent hierarchy — Master Agent, Sub-Agents, and Retail Resellers — with role-based permissions so you control pricing, refunds, and reporting at each tier individually.

How does the wallet system work for agents?

Each agent tier operates through a funded wallet — agents top up their balance, set their own markup on top of wholesale pricing, and the wallet is debited as they sell. Refunds and top-ups run through the same system.

Can specific apps or URLs be excluded from data metering?

Yes — Zero-rated URLs let you exclude specific domains or apps from data metering, so usage on those destinations doesn't count against a customer's data allowance.

Is this only for short-trip travel eSIMs?

No. Alongside short-trip travel eSIMs, the API also supports long-stay local SIM plans for students and settlers, plus Data + Voice + SMS plans — not just short-trip data-only packs.
